Free shipping

Every order that includes the CrankyMug™ Ski Mask ships for free. Orders that contain only add-ons or accessories (without the ski mask) are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak season or due to carrier and customs delays outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
